    1. SAFETY FIRST: HEALTHIER INDOOR AIR Your home should be your sanctuary, not a source of pollutants. A major concern with engineered wood is formaldehyde emission. Our latest test reports confirm that our materials meet the strictest international safety standards:

    • Exceptional Elasticity: The standard requirement for Modulus of Elasticity (MOE) is 1600 N/mm². Our panels smashed this benchmark with scores of 2080 N/mm² and 2105 N/mm². This means your shelves and wardrobes are less likely to sag over time.

    • High Density: With a density ranging between 668 kg/m³ and 672 kg/m³, our boards are solid and robust, providing a substantial feel and better screw-holding capability.

    • Superior Bonding: Our materials tested at 1.01 N/mm² and 1.10 N/mm² for surface soundness, well above the standard requirement of 0.80 N/mm². This ensures that the decorative surface stays firmly attached to the core, keeping your furniture looking new for years.

    4. PRECISION & STABILITY Wood moves with moisture, but our panels are engineered for stability.

    • Controlled Moisture: With a moisture content consistently around 5.7% - 5.8%, our panels are optimized to prevent warping or cracking in changing humidity.

    • Precise Thickness: We use 16mm boards that are strictly tested to ensure uniform thickness (actual test: 16.1mm), ensuring perfect alignment during assembly.
