Do you have physical showrooms where I can view and test the furniture?

Yes — we have 8 showrooms across northern Malaysia, open daily 10 AM – 8 PM including weekends and public holidays. Locations: Lahat HQ Factory Showroom, Tasek Ipoh, PHL Ipoh (Falim area), Taman Gopeng Ipoh (Lazio Sofa), Kampar, Teluk Intan, , Bukit Tengah Penang (12,000 sqft flagship), and Bandar Perda, Bukit Mertajam (Lazio Sofa). We strongly encourage visiting in person for sofas, mattresses, and chairs — comfort cannot be evaluated from a photograph.

Are the catalog prices final? Is delivery included?

All prices are factory-direct — no hidden middleman markup. Free delivery and professional installation is included for all orders within our standard service areas across Perak and Penang. We use our own trained in-house delivery and installation team — not third-party contractors — so we are accountable for every delivery from our factory to your home. For areas outside our standard service zone, WhatsApp us and we will advise on delivery arrangements.

Can I customise the dimensions, colour, or configuration of catalog items?

Yes — because we are the direct manufacturer, most items in the catalog can be customised. Sofas can be made to custom dimensions and configurations. Wardrobes are available wall-to-wall and ceiling-height. Kitchen cabinets are fully bespoke from design to installation. TV cabinets, dining sets, and bed frames can often be produced in alternate colours from our 50+ finish range. How long does delivery take after I place an order?

Ready-stock items (most TV cabinets, chairs, dining sets, and bed frames) are typically delivered within 3–7 working days. Custom-made items — wardrobes, kitchen cabinets, custom sofas, and made-to-measure furniture — require a production lead time of 3–6 weeks depending on complexity and current factory scheduling.
