At Td Furniture, we strive to provide a seamless delivery experience for your new home pieces. Our delivery charges are calculated based on your location and the total value of your order.

1. Free Delivery Thresholds

We are pleased to offer Free Delivery when you meet the following minimum spend requirements:

Kedah & Negeri Sembilan

Always FREE

Mambang Diawan, Kuala Dipang, & Tanjung Tualang

Note: Any areas previously designated as "Free" in our standard rate list will remain free regardless of the order amount.

2. Standard Delivery Charges

If your order does not meet the minimum spend for free delivery, the following flat rates apply based on our regional distribution hubs.

(Below are highlights of common areas; please refer to your specific town during checkout for the exact fee.)

From Ipoh / Kampar / Teluk Intan / Sitiawan Hubs

  • Local (Perak): Free Of Charge (FOC)

  • Outstation (Perak): RM120 – RM200 (e.g., Gerik, Selama, Lenggong)

  • Kuala Lumpur / Selangor: RM200 - RM250 (If under RM2,000 spend)

  • Cameron Highlands: RM150 (If under RM2,000 spend)

From Bukit Mertajam Branch

  • Penang Island: RM50

  • Batu Ferringhi: RM120

  • Alor Setar: RM150

  • Sungai Petani: RM80

3. Delivery Lead Times

  • Perak & Penang: Typically delivered within 3–7 working days.

  • Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, & Outstation: Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.

  • Custom-Made Items: Because these pieces are built specifically for you, please allow 3–4 weeks for production and delivery.

  • Note: Our team will contact you 1–2 days before arrival to confirm your delivery slot.
